But, to be clear, it's the coldest “ ” but it's still too hot, Kosova Clan reports.
The black lamp coming out of Ol Doinyo Lengai is up to 510 degrees Celsius, which is below the melting point of 1,000 degrees Celsius.
This means that it is less warm than a comfortable jacket. And it is possible to save alive if you fall into it.
In 2008 a man traveling, slipped, and fell into a stream of active volcano lava. He is known as the only person who escaped the fire of an elite.
Ol Doinyo Lengai is a special type of volcano that has a characteristic chemical composition.
Unlike the basalt that forms most volcanoes, Ol Doinyo Lengai's magma is made up of calcium carbonate, sodium, and dissolved carbonate.
The carbonat has points of melting much lower than basalt. That is why this volcano never becomes as heated as others.
Otherwise, the mortar turns black until it cools and hardens, where it turns white.
However, this volcano is more dangerous than others who are warmer.
The red lamp coming out of hot volcanoes flows very slowly, about 10 km/h. But the Hall of All Doinyo Lengai is as fast as river water.
