Serbian Medium B92, citing Ambassador Delawi's statement, writes that if Kosovo and Serbia agree, then possible division of Kosovo could be discussed.
On the other hand, this medium writes that this Delawies statement contradicts his earlier statements, where partitioning Kosovo called it dangerous.
It says Delawi has not set US red lines for partitioning Kosovo, as he had done in December last year, when he strongly opposed that option.
On the other hand, the US ambassador was quoted as saying that US support for Kosovo's independence is steadfast and will continue.
This is Delawies' statement of territories, which Serbian media report:
I'm saying: I'm not going to talk about what an element of the final deal might be. I won't talk about who I think would have to lead this discussion in Brussels. I'm not going to talk about the things or the details in which this should happen or the shape of the table. And especially, if we precede the discussion that should really happen here and that there should be greater participation by Kosovo political parties. Everyone should come in and talk about this stuff”, Delawi said./Periscopi
