He got involved in the Red Team, but didn't play. He then chose to play for Kosovo in the match against Haiti (0.0) in March 2014. Sadik's presentation with Kosovo sparked outrage on Albania's national team and was no longer welcome there. It was a time Kosovo was still not accepted in U FIFA EFA.
After the match with Kosovo, Albanian Federation officials said I would never play for Albania again, but later called me for a match. I was honest and told them what I thought.
