All of this, with the sole purpose of increasing security in traffic during the summer season, when the flow of cars passing from Kosovo to Albania marks growth, KTV reports.
For this, citizens are demanding that this be done in 12 months of the year.
Albania's Road Communications Director shows that this memorandum of co-operation has had an effect over the years.
There will be three cars with six police officers, which will be replaced every ten days.
In case Kosovo police fail to comply with the rules in communications, they have the right to issue sentences.
Joint patrols have started on July 1st and will continue until August 31st.
