Whether President Thaci will meet with his Serbian counterpart, Aleksandar Vuciq, is unknown.
Also, Kosovo leaders are expected to meet with the European Commissioner for Migration, Dimitris Avramoopoulos.
The meeting with Moghrin is early in the morning, while the long agenda will be in Brussels, when this is expected to give the European Commission the recommendation for visas, which is the first step towards exiting the isolation of the people of Kosovo.
