He told Kosovo two days before he met with Spain's prime minister, Pedro Sanchez, Klen Kosova reports.
“Gjykata considers that international law of justice does not include the ban on declaring independence (the International Court of Justice of July 22nd 2010, the decision on the Kosovo case)”, it wrote on Twitter.
This comment also serves as a response to Spanish executive spokeswoman Isabel Cela, who has said that there is no right to declare independence in the Catalonia case, since it does not recognise the Constitution.
