The Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms has come up with a response to the organisations that were made in Kosovo for the two-year anniversary of the coup attempt in Turkey.
KMDLNJ's reaction concerns participation of political personalities in these manifestations by asking them to maintain neutrality over events that have occurred in the Turkish state.
Kosovo's high-ranking state barters have responsibility for their behaviour even after the end of the mandate so long ago they enjoy fabulous benefits until the end of their lives, for themselves and for their families. They should, during activities as former presidents and in that quality, travel the world and hold meetings in Kosovo, represent Kosovo's current policy rather than file and point out as they did during the manifestations in favour of President Erdogan”, the Council's response reported.
Following the dramatic unexplored developments of July 15th 2016 in Turkey, KMDLNj had come up with a public invitation asking the state of Kosovo to maintain neutrality by not listing behind any party in the conflict and considering that this was and is exclusively Turkey's internal issue.
According to the KMDLNJ if Kosovo citizens of the Turkish community line up behind a Turkish politician, after a party or government voting for them and giving them public support (according to the Kosovo laws) can and should be understood and accepted as an expression of their democratic will, the presence of former Kosovo presidents, Fatmir Sejdiu and Atifete Jahjaga are irresponsible actions that undermine Kosovo's interest in the <x0 plan, it says in response.
According to the Council these two former presidents have not participated in humanitarian activity, but in a completely political activity, pointing to President Erdogan's side that is illegal and immoral from the angle of Kosovo's strategic interests.
The “It is the duplicity that, on the one hand, judge the kidnapping of the 6 gylenists by naming ( rightly ) as a serious violation of human rights and international law and, on the other hand, to actively participate in the manifestation of support for President Erdogan. It is not the interest of Kosovo to line up on one side or the victorious “ “but to maintain the neutrality that has not been done, nor the former presidents of some political parties, as well as some deputies”!
