On the same charge, the court handed a year in prison for Mark Frock. The former delegation would benefit the reduction of the sentence in eight months due to a cut trial, and the court imposed its suspension and conversion by one year and four months of testing service.
One year in prison has appointed the Tirana Court for Durim Bamin, the third character of the case with the same charge “false speculation”. Bam takes advantage of a cut trial, and the sentence is reduced by eight months in prison. But because of his prolonged stay in custody, this measure is extinguished.
