Hoxha of Mitrovica: I'm going to sue God for those who are lynching me.

The imam of the Shipol mosque in Mitrovica, Fatmir Latifaj, of whom the media said anyone drinks alcohol is an animal, speaks of Kosovas. He says he's trying to discriminate against his authority and his entire activity, both in the mosque and outside.

It is claimed that he does not move a millimeter of his words, but not warped and out of context, while he has urged all to listen attentively to his Friday sermon.

According to Latifaj all his activities are in the patriotic, national, and religious spirit, so slander as he calls them did not owe anyone.

However, he does not reject that alcohol is forbidden with Islam.

While calling for a halt to the tendency to lynching on him, Fatmir Latifaj has suggested that I will file a lawsuit in what he says “

“I call on all media to stop lynching against me because I am not of that nature, rather, I am the right hand of Albanian national interest, both before the war, during and after, with all my charity activities, in the patriotic national and religious spirit. So, take the sentence, distort it and get out of context, I don't owe this to anybody. I'm going to file the suit with Allah, Allah is dealing with them, but I have a duty to protect my authority and my image because it is my primary right. He who says to bread, to water, and to understanding Albanian, let us hear the hytbe carefully; for there is none to feel guilty. True, a drunk's actions don't even make a beast”, Latifaj said.

The statement, he does not view as an insult to anyone, even mentioning alcohol as one of the possible cause of fatal traffic accidents that have occurred recently in the country.

“What I've said in the last jungle on July 20, 2018, she stands behind, because I haven't offended or lynching anybody, and I call all my Albanian brothers and sisters to listen carefully because I've said that the one who drinks rakis or beer, who is alcoholic, and gets drunk, then her drunk influences his behaviour to be lower than the animals. The words of God, Muhammad's orders, have spoken this. The very reality is evidenced in progress. Are there any more painful realities today than the fact that for less than seven months in Kosovo, we have over 60 fatal accidents, not to mention cases of injuries, which are among the main causes of alcohol use. Under no circumstances do I offend my people”, he said.

Speaking of the human being, he said that the creator has elevated man by equipping him with intellect, which is distinguished from all other living things.

Latifaj has repeated, that his speech, appeals to people's awareness of a phenomenon and in no way offends or links anyone.

And God said to man, for a more magnificent being, which God raised and endowed with intelligence by which he differs from all other living things on the face of the earth... and now calculates, the man with this intellect, by this awareness, to use alcohol, which numbs his mind, distorts his mind, alters his mind, and loses reason, and then that drunk man does things that he doesn't even do. I don't even want to be acquitted for a millimeter, I don't feel guilty, I didn't even insult someone... I call everyone who's been lynching and insulting, to turn to attention and reason, because I didn't owe anybody, I'm very clean, and my speech hasn't been lynching anybody. On the contrary, I called to awareness”, stressed Hodge Latifaj.
