During two-day meetings, Trump attacked allies who are not spending enough and accused countries of leaving 90% of the burden on the arms of American taxpayers.
This aggressive behavior could destroy the entire Western alliance, according to Willy Emmer, former State Defense Secretary.
He told RT: “if any Western European government were to follow these ideas Washington would be involved in the alliance by their own people.”
