The results of a study showed that regular consumption of dried fruits improves sperm in men.
Men who consumed about two handfuls of dried mix fruit (baiams, nuts and nuts) daily for 14 weeks in a row, scientists discovered that there was an increase in sperm cell.
The study comes at a time when male fertility has fallen into the Western world as a result of pollution, smoke, and diet.
Research said that evidence is increasingly increasing that a good diet can increase the likelihood of conception.
About one in 7 couples have difficulty having children, and about 40-50% of infertility cases are attributed to males.
Scientists divided healthy males from 18 to 35 years of age into two groups:
The first group added 60 grams [60 g] of dried fruit a day to their diet.
The second group made no difference from their normal diet.
Experts said the study supported previous studies showing that a diet rich in omega 3, antioxidants, vitamin B and folic acid increase fertility.
Dry fruit contains many food values, as well as others.
