Sigal Pristina has sought help from the state something not very common, as the state largely subsidises federations and representatives to participate in the Champions League races, Koha Ditore reports.
It has demanded 30,000 euros and, the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports (MKRS), contrary to the project manager's recommendation, has approved the value of 20,000 euros.
There's not much bad up here.
The big evil is estimated that the Sigal Pristina club operates with “two accounts”, while the MKRS and the Kosovo Basketball Federation (FBK) have accepted this form of co-operation.
