Ratification for the second comes after President Gjorge Ivanov's refusal to sign the pact, as well as the surrender of the head of state's decision in the Assembly last week.
Currently, according to the Constitution of Macedonia, the president is obliged to sign the law, broadcasts tch.
The pact with Greece envisions, among other things, changing the country's constitutional name, expected to be recognised soon as the Republic of Northern Macedonia.
Still, there is fear that the president may not once again decree the name agreement, as he has with the law on the use of languages that remain blocked in the presidency, thus violating the Constitution.
