20 thousand euros worth of official travel, government official standing alone at “bish” of the plane

In Kosovo, a tide continues to circulate for those working in state institutions, the small <x0paga, but the big profit”. This is witnessed by the Energy Department Director of the Ministry of Economic Development, Luan Morina, who spends more time flying from state to state, [...]
Director Morina almost leaves no travel opportunities abroad. Foreign visits by state officials are even hired, and if done as director in question, it easily doubles its annual income.
Based on documents the Metro newspaper has secured within the Government of Kosovo, Morina has only last year had close to 20 trips abroad. Most of these trips last more than a day, and if compared with official working days, taking off annual holidays, then it turns out that this Kosovo state official, the foreign minister, Behgjet Pacolli, who also owns private aircraft, will be envious.

But such frequent visits abroad, in addition to the lack of presence at his MZHE office, have financial costs. The documents provided by Metro newspaper testify that Morina, Kosovo's state for a year and a half, has paid 19 thousand and 768 euros only for hired and accommodated, including aircraft tickets.
If we include return travel tickets, at an average price of only 300 euros, then expenses will be raised for about 10 thousand euros, as Metro newspaper has managed to provide documents proving that Principal Morina has conducted about 30 official trips abroad for about a year and a half.

Moreover, within a month it has accomplished up to three official trips abroad, and that is not what happened in just one month of the year.
The paper has requested from the Ministry of Economic Development the report on travel spending abroad of the Energy Department in the ministry, for January 2017, June 2018. This report shows that for this period, this department has spent 44,000 euros and 131 euros in total, for accommodation, travel and labor. While the number of officials who have spent these travel vehicles abroad is fifteen.

But a simple estimate reveals to us that the director of this department, Luan Morina, has only spent triple of this budget, while his 14 other colleagues, the rest.
“Energy Department (DE) of the Ministry of Economic Development during January 2017, 2018 has spent a total of 44,131.57 Euro. These include all expenses of accommodation, travel, and wages, while the number of visiting officials is 15. DE's spending for 2017 is 25,740.59 euros. The spending of DE January-June 2018 is 18,390.98 euros”, Gazeta Metro, from the media office in MZHE, says in response.
Here we are now making a comparison with the travel spending abroad of Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj and MZHEE's .
Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, according to media reports, had spent less than six months than this MZHEA director.
The office of Prime Minister Haradinaj, which included a much larger staff, even with advisers and assistants, in the last quarter of 2017 and the quarter of 2018, for the benefit of spending abroad, had spent 11 thousand and 986 euros, while the Department led by Morina spent 18 thousand and 390 euros.
