“Vala” paid threem euros in rent for the locale at the square, the owners of the facility are mysterious

Two million and 994 thousand 533 euros and 80 cents paid for this bar alone, which is in a dispute involving Sami Lushtak's name.

The first payment, worth 152 thousand and 640 euros, went to rent for the unpaid months of September 18, 2015, March 17th 2018.

The same day, the next amount, worth 1 million and 39 thousand and 820 euros and 76 cents, has been paid, according to an annex-contrast for the rent advance period of September 18th 2018 to March 17th, 2023.

In 2016, on the first Wednesday of January, on the 6th, Telekom, then headed by Agron Mustafa, paid the next bill worth 704 thousand and 80 euros for the rent of the object on the ground.

85 thousand 858 euros were paid on January 15, 2016, until the final bill was paid on February 16, 2016, whose value was 58 thousand and 135 euros.

Telekom has paid for 8 years the amount of about 3m euros, for this object behind me. If this amount is divided for 96 months, then it turns out that in a month Vala has paid more than 31 thousand euros.

Kosovo Telecom, via email, has indicated that it has linked commercial contracts to rent with group “Savija Scupina D.O.O. The Kosovo branch Pristina, but has not specified how long the contract is, nor what is the price for months, despite such a question being addressed by KTV.

There had been fighting between Sami Lushtak and Taip Sadiki on one side, and former judge Sami Gerdovci, on the other.

Two Pristina Communist Court officials who were tasked with executing the Pristina Municipal Court's ruling, which was familiar with Bratislav Milenkovovic and Jovica Siqim for owners of the facility, for which there is an act of conviction of October 26th 2007.

Given the indictment, the court concluded there is convincing evidence that Lushtaku and Sadiku used serious threats to force official persons not to execute the court ruling.

Lushtaku has been sentenced to four months in prison on bail for the case, while Sadikaj has been pronounced judicial remarks.

The current owner of this Ganimet Sadiki club had put the object's renovation requirement in the municipality along with Taip Sadiki, who along with Sami Lushtaku had hampered the implementation of the court's decision on the locals.
