It has been done more than a month since the results of the competition for 10 legal officials at the Court of Appeals have been released, but successful candidates have not yet started working, due to complaints.
According to Arber Jashar, the spokesman in this court, there are three complaints which are being reviewed by the commission, KTV reports.
However, from KTV sources, it has become known that some of the successful candidates are relatives of senior justice institutions officials.
The first on the list of successful candidates has emerged Greta Ibraj, who, as confirmed, has been an intern at the Court of Appeals for a year.
KTV, under the Court of Appeals, has asked questions to confirm whether President Hasan Shala has friendship with the candidate's father, but has not received an answer to the case.
Among the successful candidates is Vilson Maloku, son of Gjilan's chief prosecutor, Jeanish Maloku, who has denied having influenced the process.
KTV has also contacted the head of the Pristina Constitutional Court, Venus Bytyqi, to confirm whether one of the successful candidates is her niece, but who has not wanted to answer the question, with the argument that this issue does not relate to her work as head of the Pristina Foundation Court.
On the list of 10 candidates, it is claimed that there are also at least 3 candidates linked to senior officials from justice institutions, but with whom no contact has been reached.
In this competition, a total of 650 candidates had competed.
