The Democratic League of Kosovo says it will not vote on the platform for dialogue presented in the Parliament, as according to this party, it is an unrealistic document with incompetitive claims.
Lumir Abdixhiku, LDK deputy in the Kosovo Assembly, has published a statement by the LDK, where the LDK reportedly remains committed to a serious, consensual dialogue process and within constitutional frameworks.
Full statement:
The platform for dialogue, presented in the Kosovo Assembly on the part of the Government of Kosovo, is a poorly prepared, incompatible document with unconstitutional claims.
Consequently, the LDK Parliamentary Group in the Kosovo Assembly will not vote on the platform in question.
The LDK remains committed to a serious, consensual dialogue process and within the constitutional frameworks of the Republic of Kosovo. The LDK believes in the irreplaceable values of political dialogue, not only as a tool for agreement, but also as an entity of political life.
Otherwise, Assembly head Kadri Veseli has sought to vote on whether to proceed with unfinished points or start sessions with new points of the agenda.
The session, which was announced today, had 28 points in order of the day, including review of the platform for the final phase of dialogue with Serbia. However, neither this point nor others are considered after MPs are decided to first continue hearings that have remained unfinished before.
The 81 MPs have voted to proceed with unfinished sessions. 46 MPs voted for Yes, 32 No and 3 abstentions. 81 were in the hall./Periscopi/
