Police suspect that both vehicles are moving rapidly beyond allowed norms and are allegedly due to the accident.
The crash has been so strong that the driver of one vehicle has barely been removed from the fireman's vehicle.
The injured, all residents of the village of Black Stone, have been sent to the Shkodra hospital, where they are taught to be out of danger for life. Among them are children.
