Serbian Minister: Kosovo does not have Military Academy and cannot have Army

Serbs do not support the formation of the Kosovo Army, and the Kosovo Army will not be formed, Serbian Defence Minister Aleksandar Vulin has said, broadcasting Koha.net, adding that its formation is contrary to Resolution 1244.
