But these reports have exposed the Russian ambassador to Belgrade, Alexander Cherpur.
“Within some media speculation, it recommends that you carefully read our statements and not be taken in empty fiction, aimed at damaging reports between Russia and Serbia”, ac said Cepurin for Sputnik.
He further stressed that for Russia and Putin, Resolution 1244 remains in force, and thus will continue to help Serbia on its path.
The understanding is that we want to help Belgrade in search of a sustainable solution for Kosovo”, the Russian ambassador stressed.
“Russia supports Serbia and the Serbian people, this is not an easy task, and it is up to the Serbian leadership to deploy”, Cepurin stressed.
According to him, Russia will be in line with what Serbia considers best.
“We respect Serbia's position and solution. Whatever they decide, we will support”, he said.
Cepurin also stressed that the whole process of dialogue must be concluded with a solution between the two states. /Warn.net/
