The discussion, according to an MPMS report, was the situation in Kosovo's labour market, where the minister announced about the current situation, policies and efforts of MPMS to boost employment in the country.
“MPMS, through the involvement of citizens in active labour market measures and the provision of professional skills in our skills centres, is trying to ease unemployment in the country and create opportunities for our citizens to become part of the” labour market, Recica said.
The announcement also stresses that he has announced to the German delegation that “MPMS is struggling to fully connect seasonal employment agreements with several EU states and beyond, where it said we are expected to have the first” agreement soon.
“At this point, the minister urged co-operation by the German government so that we can have such an agreement between Kosovo and Germany”, the report said.
MPMS through the announcement has said German representatives have pledged that Germany will continue helping Kosovo where the need is presented.
