The Foundation Court in Gjilan has approved Gjilan's Constitutional Prosecutor's request, assigning the detention measure to defendants F. S. and D. K., for a month.
The court on June 8th, the Kosovo Police, implementing the wiretaping and ordering the simulation, have arrested defendants F. The S., who was a police official from the Gnjilan municipality and defendant D. K. From the Republic of Albania, who allegedly committed criminal work in co-operation the possibility or obligation to prostitution.
The defendant F. St. He owned a massage centre while defendant D. K. employed at this center.
The sides have the right to appeal to this decision at the Court of Appeals.
