When we measure tension, we all worry if we don't have around 120 high and 80 low.
This is because these parameters have been described as normal for man. But apparently we were wrong.
The European Cardiology Association has provided some new guidelines after studies were conducted. It turns out that high blood pressure, or systolic pressure “abnormal” should be 140 and diastole pressure, low 90.
Whether by today we would rush for a cup of coffee, or sugar food when our tension was below 120, that rate already changes.
According to researchers, the rule is not valid for diabetes sufferers for which parameters are 130 to 80.
Previously, if tension was found in rates 139 to 89, it was considered endangered by hypertension and strokes or a heart attack, but it is not now considered dangerous.
