Kosovo Foreign Affairs Minister Behgjet Pacolli has congratulated Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on victory in the presidential elections held today in Turkey.
“I congratulate our friend and Turkish people”, wrote Pacolli on his Facebook profile.
Contrary to reports, after counting about 98 % of the vote, Erdogan has firmly won about 53% of the vote.
