The legendary goalkeeper was charged with red card in the 90th minute after the criticism he had made towards Major Judge Michael Oliver, writes Periscope.
Buffon had addressed the English judge with grave words such as those for which he had later apologized.
“Disciplinary Commission U n EFA has decided to suspend Juventus player Gianluji Buffon by three matches,” said in UEFA's announcement.
