The defendant D.A. allegedly on May 22nd around 15:30 at the “Drenica” in Pristina, due to a verbal-speaking dispute in communications, has deliberately attempted to deprive the life of the V.J.
The defendant D.A. had taken the gun from his car and fired the V.J. on what occasion the gun rocket had hit the injured vehicle at the back door on the left, where it penetrated the vehicle back to the floor.
The court has analysed all reasons for appointing the detention measure against defendant D. A, as well as taking into account the specific conditions for concrete measures to ensure the presence of the defendant and after their analysis, has found that the detention measure is adequate and necessary at this stage of criminal procedure, for the unhindered development of the procedure, and for securing the defendant's presence in criminal procedure.
