For a month over 1,000 patients sought help at Pec Hospital

Peja Hospital, by means of a media report, releases patients' statistics for May.

Data from work done in May shows that 1,318 patients were lying down to receive a cure at the General Hospital in Pec.

According to the municipalities these extended were 745 from the municipality of Peja, 139 from Decani and Junic municipalities, 146 from the municipality of Kline and 176 from the municipality of Istog.

56 per cent of the patients laid out were from Peja , 35 per cent from municipalities around Pec, while 9 per cent from other Kosovo municipalities.

During May 2018, the death toll was 23 as you moved from Pec Hospital to other 66 hospitals.

While the number of those born at the General Hospital in Pec in May has been 167, while with a cesarean operation 61 cases.

The number of babies born during May is 168, and of these 84 are female and 84 male gender.

As for operations conducted during May, they have been precisely 300 operations that have lasted 438 hours of operation at the General Hospital halls in Pec.

While the number of operations was, according to the departments: 129 surgeons, 22 Ortopedi, 25 Urology, 49 ORL, 11 gynecology and 64 Acuseric.
