Two supporters of Mexico were among the injured during the incident on Ilyinka Street, near Red Square on Saturday.
The video captured by a security camera told the story.
The driver, who was identified as National Kyrgyzstan Anarbek Chingyz, had attempted to flee the scene but was caught immediately.
