You've all tried what it's like not to settle down in bed on hot summer days. Now that we're almost in mid-June, we have to go back to the advice on overcoming the heat.
The summer nights where you can't find a cool place, are inevitable for everyone, but there's something you can do to get heat out of your environment, follows Kosovas.
You can even do that without climate, if you make sure your lights are turned off in any case that this is possible,
This advice is quite logical, light jars, and environmentally friendly ones, produce heat. Fortunately, summer until eight or nine evenings is light, so it is easier to save yourself from the heat that releases the lights.
Take advantage of sunlight as much as you can, and keep the room cool after dark, using lights at their minimum. Even a romantic candle wouldn't be bad.
