“For “Bechtel Enkan” we will pay 53m euros”. And we're assuming that the government has managed to make it down from 63 million to 53 million. But who and how did this amount come about? How was the sum set up? Did he really have no choice? Is it so cheap to perform the work of the highway “commerge”car “Bechtel-Enka”, that in our case we award a total of 53 million?
