Hasani: Bridges of co-operation between Kosovo, Albania strengthen tourism

Trade and Industry Minister Bajram Hasani has hosted Vlora Mayor Dritan Leley today.

Minister Hasani said that the Vlora mayor has been negotiating tourism and issues of interest to both countries.

While for trade policy, Minister Hasani has said that Kosovo has done a lot in its policies and in the area of investment legislation, even though according to him, with Albania it is a trade imbalance.

Kosovo also has a lot of natural beauty, the Albanian state has the sea, but we also have many tourist areas such as Brezovica, Boga and many others who think they should visit because of nature, the rising sea above which God has created. This may have been flawed by the Albanian state and my request and mayor, because it is as an idea to make more movement among the citizens of Albania to visit Kosovo more. It was an idea to start from the Vlora municipality so that even students, students, to visit Kosovo more and enjoy natural beauty”, Hasani said.

He added that the Albanian coast is the destination of Kosovars for holidays.

While, Dritan Leli said he has found a partnership in the field of tourism with Minister Hasani and said that without exchange among these countries, no business could be created at all.

According to him, industry, trade, business and tourism are all connected, and by recognising Albanian tradition the bridges of co-operation also become stronger.

“I am pleased that the Government of Kosovo on the basis of an ordinance caused all students, all schoolchildren to go and visit Albanian lands for one week a year, I expressed my personal readiness that will broadcast to all educational institutions on Vlora's territory -- such a practice begins to apply to all students learning about Vlora. I think exchanging historical co-operation messages is absolutely the task that generations must do to be close to each other”, Leley said.

Vlora Mayor has invited Kosovo citizens to visit Albania's coast, particularly Vlora's beauty.
