Haradinaj made these comments in Cline, where the ruling party is holding the election Assembly.
He said it is time for Kosovo to mandate its army and provide assistance to KFOR and NATO in Kosovo, Europe and not even the world.
According to him, this is also the year for the military, the KP reports.
The head of Kline, Zenun Elezaj, said the Alliance in the three active years has been consolidated and has managed to gain citizen confidence and lead with municipal power in Cline.
