Last Sunday, 54-year-old Fahri Jusuf from Mitrovica was arrested in Serbia while traveling.
According to data, the cause of the arrest is unknown, but Yusuf's journey with another person has been on business issues.
According to KP sources, the detainee Fahri Jusuf has come out of Kosovo, along with Necmedin Jusuf, the truck driver they have been traveling with.
The KP has contacted the brother of the arrested, Irfan Jusuf, who acknowledged that he does not know the reasons for his brother's arrest.
Yusuf made it known that Fahru had a case of injuries in 1988 and that he held one year of detention for this work.
He said he had to hold another year in prison, which he had never held.
Yusuf confirmed that his brother had never traveled to Serbia since after the war.
He said they have hired lawyers in Serbia, and according to the lawyer the hurt is getting old.
This is not the first time Serbia has done so. Such works make citizens from Kosovo feel unsure when they take the road to Serbia.
Kosovo citizens who have been members of the Kosovo Liberation Army have been arrested in many cases.
