According to the indictment, the defendant S.H., on March 15th at the Ministry of Labour and Social Goods, respectively, at the Department for Witness Families, the War Invalids and Civil Victims office in Pec, first forges false and then knowingly uses the forged document and the veteran's certificate and the confirmation of the Government Commission, where it puts the above body to the ground, thinking that these are true in the pension scheme and war veterans.
With these actions there is well - founded suspicion that the defendant has fulfilled the elements of the deeds described as superior.
The prosecutor of the case in the case of the indictment's establishment has proposed to the competent court that the defendant plead guilty and condemn him by law for criminal acts that are placed on him.
