Car hits couple on the street, husband dies

A couple of men walking on foot crashed from a vehicle at the Shkodra road axis last night -Coplic, at the place called “Misri's Institute”.

As a result, Besnik Beci, 53, has remained dead and has been severely damaged by his wife, Alketa Beci, 44 years old.

According to police director of the vehicle that caused the accident is 49 years old, who first left the scene but was detained by police several metres away and accompanied to the Shkodra Police Commissioner's facilities for further action.

The investigative group continues investigations into clarifying the accident's circumstances.
