The Kosovo government has earmarked an additional 53m euros for “Bechtel Enkan” for the Skopje highway.
Pal Lekaj, minister of Infrastructure, said that “due to the failure of the past government to pay the bills correctly, the concertium has demanded that we pay 63m euros due to the maintenance of equipment during and indirect expenditures”.
After negotiations we have managed to cut the amount to 45m euros by adding 8m euros to the VAT, totally we will pay 53m euros”, there is Monday Lekaj.
