With much suffering, family heads are hoping for mercy. The dream of these hard - to - make families is that they have a peak over their heads if not for themselves at least for their children. Human organizations and goodwill are remaining the hope of these families.
But they never think that the house will be built by the municipalities or the Government of Kosovo, which the latter has provided 53m euros additional to the company “Bechte&Enka” that is making construction of the “Arba Xhaferi”.
If the Kosovo government were to allocate 53m euros for the construction of a 3-room house, kitchen, bathroom, corridor and completely furnished with nothing more than 20 thousand euros, then 2 thousand and 650 families would become over the head, Construction writes.info.
But even if the building of a house cost 25 thousand euros even then there wouldn't be a few families providing a house. If 53m euros were earmarked for the construction of a 25 thousand-euro house, two thousand and 120 homes would be built.
In the next version, if the house cost 28,000, 53 million euros would enjoy homes with a thousand and 893 families.
But, meanwhile, the poorest country in the region is having a budget to pay off debts of millions.
The state of Kosovo gave the company “Bechtel&Enka”, which is building the highway for Skopje, “Arba Xhaferi”, nothing less than 53m euros in additional payments due to delays in paying.
Although 608m euros were originally planned to be spent on the construction of this highway, this figure now, due to lack of contract conditions, has reached 700m euros, writes Construction.info.
