It's been a week since the magnetic resonancer is out of place because of defects.
While there are about 2,500 patients on waiting lists to perform a resonance, QKUK and the company that maintain this device say it is working for its operation as fast as possible, KTV reports.
About 2,500 patients are on QKUK's waiting lists to conduct a magnetic resonance.
But there are days since Radiology staff are not offering one of the most important services.
The magnetic resonance device, which is the only one in public institutions in Kosovo's University Clinical Centre, respectively, has been one week that because of shortcomings is not working.
Ordinary aging and overload of patients caused greater defects in this device.
The company, which handles magnetic resonance service and maintenance, says that parts had to be bought and that after these parts were reached, it is working on functioning.
This device performs between 35 and 40 patients within a working hour, which officials say creates overloads.
Otherwise, this is not the first time that the magnetic resonance device is out of function because of its defects.
