In a media communiqué, by the PDK say they have nothing against Nusshi, but according to them, this Kastrat decision confirms the mayor's non-recognition of hundreds of thousands of well educated citizens of the Kamenica municipality.
According to them, the appointment to high positions in the municipality of people who do not know the city at all is clear indication that current governance has no priority on solving problems in the municipality, but only the comfort of the dostas and militants wherever they come.

The Democratic Party of Kosovo deems it an insult to the citizens, educated and well-educated youth of Kamenica, the decision by Mayor Central Kastrati, to the appointment of Nol Nushi as head of his cabinet.
We, we have nothing against the person in word appointed to this position, which is also asamblist in the Pristina municipality, but consider that this decision confirms the absence of the mayor of the municipality for hundreds of thousands of well-educated citizens of the Kamenica municipality.
The PDK branch in Kamenica considers that appointment in high positions in our municipality, of people who don't know the city at all, is clear indication that the current governance has no priority for solving problems in the municipality, but only comfort the dostas and militants wherever they come.
A very potential municipality, such as our Kamenica, cannot be developed under the leadership of a mayor who also does not know the streets, neighbourhoods and villages of the Kamenica municipality.
Kamenica's municipality should not be home to temporary political projects derived from dangerous political projects, as current mayor Kamenica's colleagues have said.
Kamenica citizens have already understood the huge fraud they were made by the Vetevendosje Party. This was seen especially by the reaction citizens expressed to this recent decision by the mayor of the municipality.
The PDK invites the mayor of the municipality to halt offensive actions against the citizens of Kamenica and reflect seriousness on his work. If you further show that offensive approach and that lack of employment, we invite the mayor of the municipality to free his office and return from where he came from, to Pristina. ”/Periscopi
