The current legislation in Kosovo fully regulates the functioning of the media, and KMK considers there is no need for any new laws, such as one intended to be drafted, is said in the KMSK communiqué.
The KMK board estimates that for media functioning, current laws, which make up the positive practices of media functioning, are enough to be implemented.
The KMSK board considers any attempt to restrict media and expression freedom unacceptable through unnecessary laws.
