According to the report of the autopsy of the Law Medicine Institute, which was handed over on Wednesday to the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova, the traces of the powder have been found in the right hand of 23-year-old Art Kurti, which is also on which the weapon allegedly carried out, writes the newspaper “Zri” today.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova already has in her hands the autopsy report of the Institute of Legal Medicine (IML), which will help clarify the cause of 23-year-old actor Art Kurti's death.
Officials from this institute have told the newspaper “Sound” that this report was handed over to the relevant Prosecution following the return of the tests the IML was awaiting.
The task leader of the Law Medicine Institute, Education Gerjaliu, has said that immediately after completing this report, he has been handed over to the Basic Prosecutor in Gjakova.
The “Analysis for Art returned yesterday afternoon and the report was forwarded to Prosecutor”, Gerjaliu said.
He did not want to comment on the details of this report.
On the other hand, Chief Basic Prosecutor in Gjakova, Ali Selimaj, has confirmed the report of Kurti's autopsy report to the prosecutor during Wednesday.
