Carter's blood sample at the 2008<x1 Olympics has resulted positive with a banned simulation substance, based on tests conducted in last January, thus removed a gold medal given ten years ago.
Carter was in fours with the other sponsors Bolt, Powell and Frater in the 4x100m race and promoted the decision to KAS, but the Court of Arbitrazhi Sportiv gave him the right IAAF for the decision made.
That means Bolt has one less medal in his career that made him the biggest athlete of all time.
