30 chambers of the Ministry of Trade and Industry in the northern part of Mitrovica are now and several years paid off from the Republic of Kosovo budget, but the same do no work.
That fact has been confirmed by MTI's own minister, Bajram Hasani, who is guilty of this leaving the government.
I don't know. There are not only 7 inspectors within the MTI, but also within the Government, but this is a problem the Government of Kosovo must take in further steps. It is not only in the minister's domain because it has been an agreement in Brussels signed by our side and the Serb side that have been parallel structures. Here it takes Kosovo's prime minister, the Kosovo government, to take measures or proceed, is not only in the domain that I, as minister, place”, he told public television.
These inspectors who do not serve the state of Kosovo a single day but who receive salaries from this state, even earlier were problems for our institutions, since they were once the bridge's front, and on the basis of an agreement reached in Brussels between the Kosovar and Serb parties was decided to employ the same in Kosovo institutions and work for them.
Without prejudice who those people are, those paid from the Kosovo budget would have to work for the respective countries for which they receive salaries. Whatever agreement has been signed, it has had to be part of the work, to reason on the salary received by”, Hasani has indicated.
The salary of an inspector under the Kosovo ministries is 500 euros. According to this estimate, these 30 Kosovo budget inspectors per month cost 15 thousand euros, while for a year 180 thousand euros.
