To benefit, a person must prove to be in dire straits and a report that does not have infectious diseases. Currently, some 400 individuals are treated in the center.

Sophia Laci, a mother of three, comes daily for lunch. Only a man works, gets 17 grand a month. Silvana and the three children return to the barracks where they live for a month after living on rent.
