When asked about the issue at T7, President Thaci was initially ridiculed.
We missed you. A few of them talked about the subject for the past three years”, Thaci said while he was laughing.
He then said that three years of non-counting of this agreement have been lost.
We've lost three years on this case. I'm sure the deal was right from the start. I'm glad that the deputies who fought against him were convinced. On the day the demarcation was voted, they rejoiced and embraced among themselves”, Thaci said.
It appears that this statement by President Thaci is for deputies of Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's party and the Social Democrat Initiative, which as opposition had rejected this agreement, even with protests.
These two parties, when entering Government, took a stand for the Demarketing affair.
Their MPs had claimed they had reported pro-contained this agreement, as the Buliki Commission report is included, under which Kosovo loses territory, as well as an annex agreement reached between the two presidents, under which the demarcation will be revised even after ratification./Periscopi
