It was like a Tuesday. Marjana and Bilbil (detected names), two Albanians coming to France in 2015, had come to pick up their eight-year-old child from primary school “Franck-Mozart” on Charlieville-Mézières. 50 meters from school, they were stopped by a cop, the moment Marian and her son were getting into the car.
The cop goes to Bilbil and orders him out of the car. Later, 42-year-old Albanians are cuffed and accompanied to the commissioners.
I told you: But I'm alone with a child and I can't drive! ) They didn't even listen to me, and they left me in the car”, and it reminds me of those moments, Marianna, still shocked by the rage.
This arrest caused a lot of excitement at school. For its part, the municipality has acknowledged that the Albanian detention site has not been a suitable place for such an act. However, Frédéric Clauez, the secretary general, has underlined: “The demand for asylum and complaints have been dropped”.
Since the arrival of the Albanian family in France in 2015, the life of Bilbil and Marians has become a nightmare, writes “France 3”, Albinfo.ch.c. Their 15-year-old son, Cerili, has been taken care of by a psychiatrist because of the threats he was made when they were in Albania. A fact that allowed them to seek the protection of a sick child. A file since the Comuna was assessed as “exceeded”.
Following their appeal for asylum and complaint, both refused, Marianna, Bilbili, Cerili and Admir were focused on having to leave French territory.
While Bilbil was in house arrest since February of this year, on March 07th, Marian and Bilbil had to go to the commissioners to sign a document. In that case, they are arrested and never understood the cause. Police are looking for their children, but they failed to unite in carrying out the expulsion.
A French judge bga Strasourg on Friday reviewed Bilbil's case. He has stressed that the Bilbil detention case has not been justified. Bilbil is now free, but registered to the wanted persons file. Accompanied by many associations, he's trying to get back to Marianna in Charleville, who's been threatened with expulsion over next Thursday. Regarding the current situation, Marian has filed complaints.
We came to France in hopes of a better life. What I want at the moment is the opportunity to stay here and move on to the life we had in advance in France”, the Albanian hopes with tears in her eyes.
