The reasons for canceling this joint conference of the two countries' top diplomats are still unknown.
During the warned visit to Kosovo, the chief of Greek diplomacy was meant to meet with his Kosovo counterpart, Behgjet Pacolli and President Hashim Thaci.
Kotzias has not yet arrived from Ohrid, where he met with Macedonian Foreign Affairs Minister Nikola Dimitrov spoke about the name issue.
