NATO sources believe Serbian official Marko Djurovic has failed to comply with the rules when he entered Kosovo on March 26th and was later arrested.
As told, Kosovo President Hashim Thaci had sent police there without KFOR's permission, writes Periscopi.
The Beta news agency has said NATO leaders in Brussels have declared that “Gjourqi has failed to meet the necessary procedure because he submitted the request to Pristina authorities after 17am Friday, at the time when the offices do not work and thus his visit was illegal, which for Kosovo Albanians meant the process was not respected. ”
“The second intervention of Kosovo police in the north has to do with the fact that every time they head to the northern side of the Iber River, they must inform KFOR and ask for permission, which is part of the agreement with the European Union. ”
However, President Thaci has not respected this agreement,” writes Beta Agency.
There is an increase in Russian rhetoric in the case of Djuriqi, that if Serbia enters Kosovo, we will be with it, Periscopi broadcasts.
Federica Moghrini has demanded that the parties refrain from making such actions a message to both sides. Sources in Brussels have underlined that dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade is essentially important to them. /Periscopi
