Limaj, through a post at Fachebook, has said the wound, which continues to burden the state of Kosovo, must be closed forever.
Serbia, Limaj says, must understand that it cannot hold the families of the found ones hostage and that Belgrade authorities must accept the dawning of the blind's fate.
