Kosovo starts its journey towards medals in Antalya

Nora Gjakova and Distria Krasniqi compete today, while they are the first carriers in their categories, 57kg and 52kg. There are 18 racers in the category of up to 50 pounds [52 kg], while there are as many as 75 pounds [57 kg] of racers.
Nora Gjakova, Akil Gjakova's Distria Krasniqi, recently competed in the Paris Grand Slam tournament on 10 February. Next to them in the tournament held in the Turkish coastal town will be Loriana Kuka, Fjolla Kelmendi and Leutrime Krasniqi.
Olympic champion Majlinda Kelmendi is still recovering after knee surgery. She is expected to return in the summer.
